I :heart Chicken Salad but I dont buy it from the stores already made because they all put Celery, and I hate Celery...

I buy chicken in a can and make it myself...

You can get them in the supermarket but not all supermarkets have them...

They are alittle expensive but, soooo good...

My mother usually makes a bunch of grilled chicken and then cools it off for me and then we make chicken salad!

I have to go to COSTO.. MY Boy loves chicken salad melt!

you know what i hate.. is when they put onions in it.. or tuna.. they are such a strong flavor.. yuck!

i usually add some chopped pickles to my chcicken salad too.


i use either grilled chicken or roasted chicked leftovers
onions
celray
pickles
mayo - but not a lot as lil as possible
salt and pepper

slap it on a roll with a slice of american cheese =)

the chicken in teh can def is good for chicken salad tho and handy.

Tonight you inspired me to make Chicken Salad for the FIRST TIME ever--I chopped up some celery and carrots and added some salt and pepper and garlic to taste.
