from your experience how long did it tak you to start seeing definition and tone in your body??

months.....???

and any suggestions for toning??

i noticed a lil difference a month of 4 times a week but i mostly did cardio and light weight training
people saw it more then i did though

yup its been about 4 months..i do the same light weights and cardio.

i never notice a change in my body...so damn frustratin.

i go 4-6 days a week.

so impatient.

You also have to take diet into consideration.

I started seeing some real defintion about 3 months into working out with a strict routine and diet.

joey is right DIET DIET DIET. The better the diet, along with weight training and cardio, I think the quicker you'll see results.
