I'm not a big wine drinker(especially red wine), but last night I drank a couple of glasses of Yellowtail Shirbaz Cabaret(australian), big bottle 1.5 Lt like $15 for you budget drinkers.

Yellowtail is a very popular producer. They are known for their Shiraz.

If you liked that one, try some of their other ones, they are all pretty good.

Hey, for the average wine consumer they are pretty good, of course I don't think they are top quality but they are really popular and aren't that bad. Plus I would cook with them. :D

my theory with cooking with wine, if you wouldn't drink it, don't cook with it

yellowtail = tree bark and in no way or form would i want it screwing up my shit

and rob with your big course im sure you can afford to drop the extra $ for a better wine than yellowtail :TONGUE :chuckle

I am just saying, it isn't horrible, and for an average wine drinker that doesn't have a lot of knowledge when it comes to wine I think this is good for them. Of course I don't prefer it or really buy it but I would drink it.
