i work out 5 days a week every week... i break it down on my body usually 2 to 3 body parts a day about an hour to an hour in a half a day... ill post pix of my hott body later....:D all natural tooo wawaaaaaaa..

4 days a week.
Day 1- Chest & Tri's
Day 2- Back & Shoulders
Day 3- Bi's & Legs
Ab's and cardio all 3 days, then
Day 4 -Ab's & Cardio
just so I can give them a good hard workout, in case I slack during the other 3 days.
Sun - Legs/abs
Mon - Chest/Cardio
Tues - Back/abs
Wed - Off
Thurs - Shoulders/Cardio
Fri - Bi's/Tri's/Forearms/abs

Saturday and Sunday off. I also do 20 minutes of moderate cardio a day and drink 10 grams of creatine daily.

I was thinking of going old school with my workouts starting next week and doing...
Monday - Squats, Stiff Leg Deadlifts, Leg Extensions, and Calf Raises
Wednesday - Heavy Pec Deck, Incline Bench, Flat Flyes, Close Grip Bench Presses, and Rope Pulldowns
Friday - Deadlifts, BB/DB Rows, Hyperextensions, Barbell Curls and Incline Curls
Sunday - Shoulder Presses (behind head), Side Lateral Raises, Upright Rows, and Shrugs
Cardio 30 minutes EFX machine Mon, Wed, Fri mornings
It seems well rounded and spaced well, thoughts?

Mon : chest, abs
Tue : back & bis, abs
Wed : (off from lifting just cardio)
Thur : legs/abs
Fri : shoulders/tris/ abs
weekend : possibly cardio if I feel like it
you guys that all have strict schedules that do specific muscles on specific days should alternate that around every now and then to really keep your muscles guessing aka, harder/more strenuous workouts and subsequent greater growth.
i'm sure joey could shed more light on muscle memory...

i do, that's why I said day's, because i never my workout in the same order.
i usually go 4 days a week.
bis and back
tris and chest
legs
shoulders
i do abs and cardio everyday

I switch up every week ...so my body does nto get used to a routine...
diff excercies, diff days etc etc

everyday, but im gonna go to a diff schedule in march
im gonna train 2 days a week for 3 hours
then maybe one hour here or there during the week

eat clean, eat small and frequent, minimize the carbs or fat...
and do alot of dancing in clubs with no climate control!

yeah there tricky
i use the machine they have for that occasionally
but i realllly like hangin leg raises but with a torso twist - nothin better IMO

just started bulking
5 day split. heavy (4-8 reps) and lots of sets. no cardio
I don't lift at the gym, I just do cardio
4-5 days of the efx machine
and always do crunches
Sometimes I will do a class

I go to the gym 5 days a week. 4 of the 5 days, I lift weights - 2-3 of those 4 days I also do some sort of cardio & abs. Then 1 day a week I go to the gym to do cardio and abs only.
