Thanks to Joeydollaz mentioning BBQ in a post, I got a great idea. Of course this would have to take place in the spring or summer but wouldn't that be fun. Drink our asses off and JT and I could cook up all kinds of good shit. Everyone would bring something and it would be a big ass BBQ/party. I know I read something about outdoors gatherings for NCC, but do they ever do BBQ's, plus this will be a lot about the food for these. What does everyone think????
If I get this loft in Jersey City that we are looking at, I could hold it at my place because we would have a huge walkout rooftop for our use.:D

My friend and I actually just found a place that we are going to look at right inbetween JC and Hoboken. Its a 3-level 2 bdrm Loft that sounds really nice. And its only $1500 which is right in the price range we were looking. Hopefully its not too far from transportation so I can get into the city easily.

maybe we can have a $10 entrance fee.... we can see how much money we make and then use that money to buy the prize.
we may not have enough for the $100 set (which is very nice btw),but we might have enough to get one of the other suggestions.......

usually it comes the way they show on that website 1" thick filet with 1 piece of bacon.
i make them on my BBQ in teh summer and i take a nice huge fliet and cover the whole thing in bacon.

why do u think ppl began wrappig them in bacon, theres no fat its too lean, fat = flavor.
i would nevre order one out to eat. gimme a nice fatty rib steak or i'll get the porterhouse/t bone, sirloin anything but filet

Again, your opinion. Yes Fat = Flavor but you are comparing different cuts not grades. They each serve their purpose, saying a filet has no flavor makes no sense because it does and many Chefs in not only fine dining but mediocre restaurants still use it on their menus and you can't blame it on people because in fine dining restaurants not the average joe eats there, people who know about food and know what they are eating and about flavor and taste are obviously eating and ordering it, otherwise you wouldn't see it on menus. Its all about preference, a tenderloin is much more tender and some people prefer that over a piece of meat with a lot of fat in it.
