I only listen to house/hard trance when I do cardio, for lifting I listen to heavy shit like Slayer, Sworn Enemy, Hatebreed, All Out War, The Banner, Madball etc, etc

FF is great I was listening to Obsolete & demanufacture yesterday but not at the gym.
Pro-Pain is good stuff too especially "foul taste of freedom"
