Medium to medium well. I just started getting my steaks medium recently. I was always a well done kind of girl.

yeah i like pink and hot in teh middle, but MR in some places is cool and still purple in teh middle

i like it seared on the outside, red inside. i dont understand how someone could eat steak well done....shit gets dry and kills the natural flavor and juices.

i hate red bloody fatty mushy steaks ...something about that texture just makes me gag...just recently ive been eating mine medium-well...ive been a welldone girl for years..
