i can't fit in my pants anymore lol
i don't have time to go to the gym so someone suggest something that i can do so i can fit back in my pants

EAT BETTER.

Seriously though, cut one thing out of your diet that you eat a lot that isnt good for you. Just make it one thing and you'll lose 5lbs. in about 2 months. Just dont subsitute anything for that one thing.

if u wanna loose it fast.......loose the carbs
i eat good carbs like veggis and grains
and 5 small meals
then i have a cheat day
then i have days im not even hungry or days i dont care...ill eat ne thing infront of me

if you wanna munch on stuff munch on celery...b/c your body burns calories digesting it.

and like krisss said GRAINS and veggies protien and low carbs!!!

eat salad instead of bread...or try pita instead of a roll...just substitue here and there..btu dont go nutz or you'll slip back...slowly make adjustments that work for you.

maybe pick up a pilates or yoga tape that you can do at night in your home....

If ur a soda drinker...then stop..ull lose the bloatedness soda gives u and fit right back into the pants lol
