Dave, its tough to say. I think this last time I used creatine along with the ala, i got great results. I put on some good size as far as creatine goes. How much do I attribute to the ala, i cant really say. Im sure it didnt hurt.
I've read so many positive stories about ala and its multiple functions,that its hard not to want to keep it my mix of
supplements.

I know but I bought the Ala with Biotin and Chromium Picolenate for now, after its done, I will try R-ala, and see if I notice the difference.
