filet of sole is soooooo easy..........soak the fish in milk for a few hours
lay them flat in a pyrex(sp?) dish
sprinkle bread crumbs
and chopped up garlic and fresh parsely
put a slice of butter on each peice
add some lemon juice and salt
bake for 15 min
and eat!

heyyyyyy.............. u were sleeping on the couch when i was making the shrimp scampi
my garlic mash are awesome..........i made them monday.........melt a half a stick of butter in a lil pot and crush 4 cloves of garlic
let it simmer.........then put it into potatoes and mash adding milk and salt
yummmmmmmmmmmmm
