Whats your untouchable specialty dish?

What dish do you prepare that is incredibly delish and has everyone always asking for more? :eat

I make a killer cuban dish---tostones stuffed with crab meat...its a fried plantain stuffed with tomato based crab...i also make a wonderful salad with warm walnut breaded goat cheese, cranberries, walnuts, and a home made balsamic honey vinigarette :spitfall

without a doubt!..cuban sandwhiches are off the heezy esp after the christmas season when we have roasted pork leftovers...pile some up, with ham and swiss cheese..some mustard and this special seasoning sauce, the if-i-tell-you-id-have-to-kill-you kind of sauce haha...thats what makes it..and dont forget a thinly siliced pickle..all inside some nice warm cuban bread mm mm mm
