Bombing a little bit ago....

Bagdad was bombed a little bit ago pretty heavily, 25 political administration buildings were taken out. Was amazing to watch live on tv.

Rumor is they got Saddam. That's why the market took off, but it's recessed a little since.

i just hope more and more iraqi troops continue to surrender . . . no sense in dying for a worthless cause. anyone been reading up on this?

anyone hear about the deal where Saddam goes into exile in Africa??? Just get rid of him. I woul love to know the extent of his injuries.

i was watching some programs from one of the satellite dishes at my house that broadcasts news from the various middle-eastern countries. they showed a lot of the buildings (or what used to be buildings) up close. although i couldn't understand a damn thing the commentators were saying, the images spoke for themselves -- intense damage.

as for saddam, i still say the french should take him.

yes, i realize its a catch-22. i even mentioned that in a post i made earlier. hopefully, they won't be caught surrendering -- even better, if they could muster up the courage to rally and turn on the republican guards/officers in control of their unit. wishful thinking, i know, but one can always hope.
