ok

I started working out again but my problem is I dont know how to eat right

I used to eat one meal a day...but recently i started splurging on junk. im really scared im gonna turn into a lard ass...and i gotta prevent that cause summer is only around the corner!

Can someone help me please???

I need a simple meal plan
Like what I should eat for breakfast..lunch..dinner...snacks

make that egg whites and dont forget to eat fish ;)
and maintain a low carb diet ...
for breakfast try ceral with alot of fiber in it ;)
I eat Fiber 1 & Special K w/red berries
as for snackes I also eat the Special K bars,
rice cakes, fruit, yogurt

1 meal a day is a no-no....... try to stick to 5-6 small meals per day

and if you are really into carbs.. try to get the most in the morning or early afternoon, so that you have the rest of the day to use that energy for fat burning ;)

One meal a day Viv? Yep, that'll do it hunn'.. LOL

Just eat balanced. A decent breakfast, a small healthy snack, lunch, and dinner.

I'm trying to cut out carbs after noon.
