Just curious if anyone uses them. They are a bit pricey but I grabbed some of the Mass Maker & Egg Protein this week. Anyone using Beverly and like the results?
My trainer educated me on how these guys are different than most BS Whey Proteins on the market.
Whats up bro? Why are they different than other Whey Proteins?

Sup Tep;
Because they do not make just Whey proteins. Whey is a fast acting protein that your body absorbs in the first hour and goes right through you.... that's why if your taking in alot of whey you got bad gas.
Beverly puts all kinds of proteins in thier products from eggs and meat. The kind of protein you get in foods. They take longer for the body to process. They are particularly good before bed, since they take longer to synthesize the protein. Where a whey might be best after a workout, since it will go right through your body.
Most protein supplements on the market are whey's, not that they are bad but in right combination as a SUPPLEMENT to your protein in your meals. He recommended to me to have 1-2 whey (shakes or bars) and 1-2 Beverly shakes a day.
I am no nutritionist but my trainer is and I hope I relayed the info correctly! :WINK

Plus Whey proteins are CHEAP, tons of brands... Beverly is more pricey but I am told the market is going more towards what Beverly is doing now.

I have read about there products. They get pushed really hard in PM magazine (Planet Muscle). They have a few products out Ultra Size, Muscle Provider and Muscle Synergy (creatine). I havent seen there products in any other magazine and I havent seen them in any store. I see that they are very pricey and I am just kind of sceptical about products that sound too good to be true.
Romeo - Def keep us updated about what kind of results you see from them. And what products did you get from them?
egg protein is supposed to be the best protein. I dont drink more than 20 grams of whey protein per serving. I havent read anything on it, but im pretty sure your body cant absorb 40-50 grams in one serving.
