mesa grill does duck very well.

also when i was in paris in september, i was all over that shit too.

the first Iron Chef America i watched duck was the special ingredient, the chefs even incorporated it into their dessert.. like duck creme brulee or something..

ohh and i had some this weekend with was great
thgen at a wedding on saturday they were passing around chicken fingers but made wiht duck so duck fingers i guess sooo good !
