I have a bottle of 100 year old aged Balsamic, its awesome, very thick and very sweet. It goes great on Ice Cream. :rubhands

that has to be so good!

never had the priviledge, or least not yet, to taste aged balsamic but all i hear is that it is very good

how much do those bottles go for?

this bottle was a little under $100. I got it as a gift. But I was in the Williams-Sonoma at Columbus Circle and I saw a bottle that was $695 for 100 year old. Thats prety insane for a small bottle of Balsamic.

I love all vinegar white or balsamic (a little more) I usually get it in containers when I get it at the deli and dip my sandwhich in it :rubhands

why is it so expensive ?

Balsamic vinagarette is my favorite dressing !! :heart can't live without it !!

Newman's Own makes a good bottled vinagarette if you cant make your own...

Vill' Antica Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Extra Vecchio 3.50oz. Gold Seal over 75 years old..

it is so think that 3.5oz should be diluted usually 3 table spoons and a 10 tablespoons of water.. tha vinegar gets unbelievably thick.. but well worth the money..

i love it on everything...

mix some with some olive oil, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, and some dried oregano...Best dressing ever :heart
