nice gurl congrats! so much easier to eat healthy when u prepare ur own food. u make it u eat it u know what ur eating and u substitute simple ingredients which make a world of a diff as to how u feel when u digest.
more energy, etc.. im so proud of u :heart :WINK

try my BBQs... ull love my tomatoes.. i pick them at the same time i fire up the Q :sneaky

(hint: ur invited)

well my daily routine is this -wake up eat this special cereal given to me -1 hour later make my egg white omelette with veggies. then after i prepare my chicken- on the grill outside or if it rains i broil my fish or chik with a veggie side or salad...it gets annoying but honestly this way of life every morning i look slimmer and slimmer i get emotional and i cry LMAO

Hahaha :applaud As long as u aren't starving yourself it's all good. I tried not drinking for a month either... i have honestly never felt better in my life. But then i had a glass of champagne one nite at a friend's graduation celebration, and next thing I know there went that commitment..lol. My problem is lack of discipline... :shuffle But 1pm? How come? I thought as long as u weren't eating after 8pm you're ok.

I know how to cook - and love to cook for others...but I like to go out and eat as well. I would say its 50/50, with the going out part being much higher in the warmer months. I dont like to slave over a hot stove in the summer, and I love to try new places - it actually gives me ideas for new recipes.

i love to cook and haven gotten very into it over the last couple yrs.
it's prob a 50/50 split bet ordering in and cooking though for no other reason then just not having the time. i'd much rather order in then actually go out.

i love the smells of things cooking, of fresh herbs, the smell of freshly chopped garlic and onions etc etc.

the thing that sucks about cooking - doing the dishes, but usually i clean them as i use them while cooking so there's no big pile when i'm done.

i eat out probably 99 percent of the time.

if i were cooking for other people i would prob do it a lot more but it doesnt seem worthwhile to go through that just for a meal for myself.
