DEATH BY CHOCOLATE CAKE (the lazy version)
this cake is like a huge brownie yum
Yield: (1) Bundt Pan
12 Servings
1 (18.25 oz) pkg. Duncan Hines Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 (3.5 oz) pkg. Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 (12 oz) pkg. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 (16 oz) container of Sour Cream
4 Large Eggs
1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
1/4 c. Water
1/4 c. Grand Marnier (for those who like orange/chocolate)
-or- 1/4 Chambord/ Raspberry Preserves (for raspberry/choc)
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Grease and Flour bundt pan
3. Mix: sour cream, oil, eggs, water, and liqueur in mixer
4. Add cake mix and pudding mix
5. Add chocolate chips.
6. Scoop batter into pan (its that thick) and bake for 50-60 minutes.
serve with Whipped Cream
1 c. Heavy Cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T. sugar
1. Beat well in mixer until hard peaks form. Adjust sweetness if you'd like.
