i get the feeling from this board that best way to gain muscle size is by eating real food 4+ times a day and drink protein shakes as opposed to weight gainer?

-Eat 3 solid meals a day
-Consume 3 protein supplements a day
-Consume at least one gram of protein per pound of body weight a day
-Train each muscle group at least once a week
-basic mass bulding movements: Bench press, SHoulder press, Squats, etc... the more muscles involved in each movement, the better.
-Get plenty of rest
-drink plenty of water
-Juice
