    Today's breakfast

Homemade and healthy strawberry pancakes with a drizzle of honey.

Thanks for the recipe tiana! They came out beautiful and tastey.
I only used half the batter and got 3 nice sized cakes.

For those who want the recipe it's 4 eggwhites, half cup cottage cheese, cup of oats and dash cinnamon I also put a pinch of salt. Put pam on the griddle and then added strawberries on while the first side cooked.

I will def be making these regularly

lmao....i cook mine on a griddle, and put a load of pam on it before putting each cake on they didnt stick at all today.

and to make it thinner i thinned it out with a litttttle bit of water too (forgot to mention that) a little goes a long way--like a tablespoon or 2. I like the pancakes thin so i pour them on the griddle, and then use the back of a spoon to spread it out. I found that when i put the strawberries in the mix, they did tend to stick a little bit as they cooked down, so this time i just sprinkled on top and got the same effect ...maybe if you crush the blueberries it will work better?

ahh wateerrrr that changes a lot! lol... i didn't have a problem with them sticking as i pam'd hte shit out of the pan haha jsut with how thick the batter was. maybe i'll slice the strawberries thinner or maybe even mash the blueberries.. that's a good idea.. btw blueberry pancakes are the f'n shit!i will try again and report back to you haha
