    Subway Wraps........

Well my first impression is they are a total rip off. Maybe it was just the location that I went to but they are more expensive for about 1/3 the amount of food as a sandwich. I was watching this retard make my sandwich and not only was that a bad idea, but he seriously put like 3 pieces of chicken on it, I was like you cheap fuck. A small and I mean small scoop of cheese and when it was all finished it was, no joke, the size of an egg roll. I was very dissapointed. It tasted good but so does the garbage that MCDonalds sells.

Thats what I thought, but its seems ridiculously small even for Atkins. Well I can make wraps better on my own to eat.:D

you should seriously just make one yourself at home, get some whole wheat tortilla's, some turkey and ham, bacon and shredded Cheddar and jack cheese. Cut up some lettuce, shred it if you like and then pick a chipolte mayo or something. I used to take mayo and roasted red pepper coulis and mix them together and put that on wraps, its real good.

exactly, fast food companies care only about making money, they don't care about the public or their health. No matter what they tell you or advertise.

i had it last week, on my 1st week of Atkins i just ate the inside minus the wrap-i thought it was tasty...i think they are good for on the go-fast food...you can get it with extra chik with bacon and cheese. which is less then 11 net carbs.

No, 20 grams of carbs is for carb restricted diets. 20 grams for a female and 30 grams for a male are usually the limits...

I never really have any complaints about the size of the sandwiches, they are always pretty big and filling, but that wrap was about half the size of a 6 inch. Atleast make it the same as a 6 inch. Oh well I bought my own stuff to make my own wraps, this way I can make them to my preference.
