    I Am Back!!!!!!

    Rested yesterday, bought some Vitamin C and Calcium, Magnezium and Zinc pill today. Took a few and rippped it later on in the gym. I guess I was just getting fatigued and prob getting the signs of a cold but beat it. Feel 100% better now. The weather might have had something to do with it but I am not sure.

    Jordan if you read this....worked out with Mike(trainer) at the gym and I destroyed my shoulders. Fucking great work out....got two new exercises too.
    Fucking kid was doing front raises with 70lb dumbells! I thought 35lbs was alot.......kid is very strong.

    I've heard that the Vitamin C cancels out supplemented calcium. I haven't looked for any research that supports it, but you should take your calcium before you go to bed anyway, because that's when it works most efficiently.

    calcium- night
